It feels like time has somehow just stood still.
Seeing my old friends is quite a thrill.
Jocks and nerds and cheerleaders, too,
At the rockin' reunion of Dobbs Ferry High School.

Can't believe it was 4 decades ago,
We walked miles to school in the snow.
Dreams and schemes in white and blue,
We were rockin' in the halls of Dobbs Ferry High School.

We had some teachers who we loved and feared.
They were distinguished, cool, or just plain weird.
Liftin, Petronis, Valencia, too
Mr. Holly and Polly, just to name a few.

Our eagle teams could not be beat.
Band and chorus made the music sweet,
Student Council, yearbook, and drama were cool.
They helped to build our education at Dobbs Ferry High School.

We had lunchroom antics by the score (food fight!)
Hung at the diner and Kessler's store.
Partied hardy at the dances and proms,
Not to mention playing "buck-buck" on the high school lawn.

It's great to be back together, my friends.
Let's hope this happy feeling never ends.
